About Cara

Welcome! I’m Cara, a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor and Certified Nutrition Specialist candidate. I am dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger, and live with greater vitality. 

With over five years of experience teaching Pilates, and certifications in TRX and Barre Above, I bring a dynamic, whole-body approach to movement that blends classical technique with a modern, inclusive style. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey, or are looking to elevate your athleticism, my goal is to create an empowering space for every body. 

My personal experience as a recreational athlete combined with my degrees in health science and integrative medicine and nutrition shape my approach. I believe movement, nutrition, and lifestyle changes are powerful tools for healing and transformation. 

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a health condition, or simply ready to feel your best, I’m here to support you with personalized Pilates instruction and science-backed nutrition guidance.
